It is with great pleasure to announce the students of OLM have collectively read over 1,000 books during the month of March. Since they have achieved this marvelous literacy challenge, they will receive 5 successive dress down days. The dates are:
Thurs., Apr. 10th, Fri., Apr. 11th, Mon., Apr. 14th, Tues., Apr. 15th, Wed., Apr. 16th .
Happily, the students continue to read and the bonus is that many students who did not enjoy reading, now say they love to read!
Shop at Jamesport Candle and mention OLM at the time of purchase. OLM will receive 15% of the proceeds. Thank you, Mrs. Zaweski
OLM students are tested only in grades 4 and 6. The students are never pressured to learn, but they are nurtured and encouraged to do their best. The teachers drive the instruction, and the students receive attentive and differentiated care.
